FAQ about your Broad Ripple Hair Salon

Where do I park?

We have a small lot behind A Do Hair Design. We also own ADorn Spa and Boutique next door to our south. Please feel free to park in either lot. You can even park in front of the garage. Enter through the back door and walk down a few steps to check in with our front desk coordinators.

If by chance there are no spots in both of our lots, our stylists usually park in a spot behind the Vogue (closest to the fence) and walk down the alley (1 min. walk) to our A Do ramp/steps. We all need some cardio in our lives.

There are also metered lots out front and free spaces just south of us on College Ave.

What is your cancellation policy?

In consideration of other scheduled guest and our staff, we require a 24 hour or more policy. We know emergencies happen and we waive the first missed scheduled appointment (exceptions include 3 hour appointments). We will be honored to have your back in our chairs. Our coordinators are trained to secure payment after the missed appointment.

What if I am running late?

We understand that life happens and there are times we all run late. We ask that you arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Depending on your stylist’s scheduling, he or she may not be able to commit to your service if over 15 minutes late. Please understand that it is in order to provide the best service to you, our valued guests.

Why do the stylists’s have different pricing and timing?

Like our Broad Ripple location and our guests, our stylists come from all walks of life and backgrounds. Our prices and timing reflect the experience of the stylist themselves.
